Ceramic Tower Packing
Ceramic tower packingmainly refers to the inert ceramic solid materials in the packed tower. The ceramicsaddlestower packinghas excellent acid and heat resistance, and can withstand the corrosion of various inorganic acids, organic acids and organic solvents except hydrofluoric acid.
Ceramic tower packing is a new type of structured packing, which has the advantages of large flux, low resistance, high efficiency, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance (up to 1000 degrees Celsius), large operating flexibility, and insignificant amplification effect. It is especially suitable for the separation process of high temperature and corrosive media. The operating pressure is between 0.1 and 500KPa, with good application effect.
Ceramic Saddle Ring
Ceramic Intalox Saddle is divided into two different types of products according to their properties, one is often used in the field of Chemical and Petrochemical industries, another is mainly used in environmental areas such as RTO(Regenerative Thermal Oxidizers) equipment. But both of them are the most frequently used high-performance packing and exhibit advantages for most applications in comparison with other shapes. Their smooth surface imparts a high chemical resistance and provides Ceramic Intalox saddle rings (Ceramic Intalox Saddle) with a high level of stability. Due to their simple form, ceramic Intalox Saddle can be produced at a relatively low cost.
Ceramic Structured Packing
