The CPU is pai made by Siemens in Germany, and imported full-color touch screen man-machine interface. The whole filling process basically completes one-button operation, which is unmatched by other domestic peers.
1. Unique multi-style filling head and suck-back system specially designed for non-dripping, so that the production site and packaging products are not polluted by liquid materials;
2. 304 stainless steel and sanitary pipes are all used for the parts touching the materials, and quick-connect interfaces are all used for the connecting parts.
3. The piston seal with tetrafluoroethylene technology is selected, which improves the anti-wear function of the piston seal (its service life is more than 24 months) and its applicability to materials.
4. The whole machine is made of 304 stainless steel.
5. Siemens brand of Germany is selected as the programming control system.
6. The service life of each component can reach more than eight years.
