Product introduction
This product is composed of a filling nozzle, a metering platform, an automatic filling control box, a frame, a roller conveyor, an automatic capping machine, etc. embedded in the storage tank. It is suitable for liquids that will not produce foam in the filling process, and has the functions of automatic quantitative filling and automatic capping after filling. The high degree of automation will not lead to overflow of filling liquid during operation, which is clean, sanitary and pollution-free. The contact part with the material (filling nozzle embedded in the storage tank) is made of 316L stainless steel and Teflon sealing ring, which can be applied to strong acid and alkali and corrosive raw materials. The overall explosion-proof design is designed, produced, installed and inspected in strict accordance with GB3836 explosion-proof standard. applicability
Weighing tank type (10-60kg) is used to pack a large amount of bulk liquid materials into various containers, iron drums or plastic drums by weight, and is used for automatic quantitative filling of 1-5 kg drums. It is widely used in industries related to liquid materials such as chemical industry, grain, pesticide, etc., and is suitable for coatings, paints, inks, adhesives, curing agents, resins, dyes, cleaning agents, engine oil, glycerin, etc.
