6. Accurate filling measurement. For granular materials, push-pull integral metering plate is specially equipped for feeding, and each row of bags can be conveniently, finely and accurately adjusted for metering.
7. The packaging bag is controlled by PLC in the forming process, so that all actuators can be positioned accurately, automatically and synchronously.
8. The photoelectric tracking system is adopted to ensure the automatic benchmarking of packaging bags, and it has the function of automatic counting.
9. Strong adaptability to packaging materials. The sealing temperature of this machine has automatic control function, and the control precision is high (about ±1C°). It can adapt to various packaging films produced at home and abroad, such as PET/AL/PE, PET/PE, NY/AL/PE, NY/PE, etc.
10. Additional functions can be added appropriately, such as flat cutter, dotted cutter, serrated cutter, etc. for bag cutting. Typing code can be equipped with ink wheel printer, and various alarm requirements.
