Operation process of tonnage scale:
1. Preparation before packaging:
Manually put the empty tray on the packaging position under the weighing platform.
2. Bagging (manual)
The operator presses the button "bagging" by yi, and the lifting frame automatically descends to the bagging position. The operator hangs the sling of the packaging bag on the four hooks of the packaging machine, and then clamps the inlet of the packaging bag to make it completely sealed. The lifting frame automatically rises to the manual setting, which is suitable for this bag device.
3. Peeling (automatic)
The packaging machine automatically peels the weight of the packaging bag.
4. Fast feeding (automatic)
The packing machine automatically controls to open the feeding mechanism (feeding mechanism includes gravity feeding, belt feeding and screw feeding) to start fast feeding, and at the same time, the packing machine automatically opens the dust suction valve to dust under negative pressure. During the feeding process, the weighing instrument continuously detects the weight of the materials in the packaging bag, and when the weight of the materials in the packaging bag reaches the manually set fast feeding value, the fast feeding is finished.
5. Slow feeding (automatic)
At the end of feeding, the packaging machine will automatically switch to slow feeding. When the weight of the material is equal to the quantitative value, the feeding process will be finished, and the packaging machine will automatically stop the feeder and close the material cutting door.
6. Unloading bags (manually)
After the feeding process is finished, the four bag-hanging cylinders act to make the bag-hanging hook automatically release the sling, the bag-clamping device automatically opens, and the feed inlet of the bag is released. The dust suction valve will automatically close after a time delay of yi. After the bag filled with materials falls on the tray, the operator will press the conveying button, start the chain conveyor to convey the bag out of the packaging position, and wait for the forklift to carry the tray away.
