Brief description:
The semi-automatic filling and packaging machine can automatically complete the measurement, bag clamping (controlled by sealing and bag clamping, no dust leakage in the packaging process), filling, sealing, sewing and conveying. Because it is designed according to the national GMP standard, it is suitable for packing powdery materials with easy or poor fluidity, such as milk powder, feed, rice flour, white sugar, coffee, monosodium glutamate, solid beverage, glucose, rice flour, solid medicine, pesticides, powdery additives, dyes, etc.
Features:
1. The whole machine is made of stainless steel except the motor, cylinder, electrical accessories, pneumatic components and sewing machine, which is especially suitable for GMP certification, food hygiene certification, and packaging of anti-corrosion chemical products.
2. It has the functions of overshoot suppression, drop correction, out-of-tolerance alarm, etc.

6. Easy to remove residual materials: the screw can be directly inserted and pulled out for separate cleaning.
