Dry powder valve pocket packaging machine
Suitable for packing powder or fine particles (≤5mm) with good fluidity, and powered by compressed air. The compressed air makes the materials in the closed container fluidized through the atomizer, so as to achieve the function of conveying and feeding. The closed pneumatic rubber valve is adopted, and by controlling the flow area of the valve, the feeding amount of the packaged materials can be controlled, and the effective and stable packaging accuracy and speed can be realized.
Shanghai Guangzhi dry-mixed mortar packaging machine is specialized in quantitative packaging of dry-mixed mortar, introducing German professional technology. It has the characteristics of simple operation, no mechanical wear, high degree of automation, good sealing, high measurement accuracy (±200g), reliable structure and high productivity, etc. Because of the high-pressure box full-blowing device, the dry-mixed mortar in the machine plays a vulcanization role, and the packaging of mixed mortar is not separated, and the discharge is clean. It can pack about 400 bags per hour, or it can be operated by microcomputer. The electrical control of this machine is controlled by intelligent relay and intelligent instrument controller, which has high stability and easy operation.
