Shanghai Guangzhi Instrument & Equipment Specializes in the production of packaging machine for quantitative packaging of dry-mixed mortar. It has the characteristics of simple operation, no mechanical wear, high degree of automation, good sealing, high measurement accuracy (±200g), advanced and reliable structure, high productivity and so on. Because of the high-pressure box full-blowing device, the dry-mixed mortar in the machine plays a vulcanization role, and the packaging of mixed mortar does not separate, and the discharge is clean. It can pack about 400 bags per hour, or it can be operated by microcomputer. The electrical control of this machine is controlled by intelligent relay and intelligent instrument controller, which has high stability and easy operation. The voltage is controlled by AC 220V and DC 24V.
This machine has a high degree of automation and simple operation. It is equipped with a newly developed automatic bag unloading device. It only needs workers to insert bags (adaptive valve pockets) to complete the packaging production process, saving labor (3-4 people), reducing the labor intensity of workers, greatly reducing production costs and improving production efficiency.
Working principle:
GZM-50A packaging machine uses Teflon air cushion to add a small amount of air to the materials, so that the materials can flow. When the material enters the vulcanization to reach a high material level, the valve at the top of the warehouse is closed. In a closed environment, the material is vulcanized from the air cushion outside the warehouse and discharged into the material bag through the discharge port. At the same time, the mechanical and electrical control parts cooperate to control the material entering the material bag within the set target weight range, so as to achieve the purpose of packaging and metering.
