The weight detector is a kind of high-speed and high-precision automatic on-line weight checking equipment, which can be integrated with various packaging production lines and conveying systems, and is mainly used for automatic on-line weight sorting, missing parts detection and weight classification of products. Function:
According to the set standard weight (within a certain range), check the weight of the dynamically transported products on the belt to see if the products are qualified-and automatically reject them. Principle: The products transported from the upstream conveyor belt enter the metering conveyor belt neatly and equidistantly through the lead-in conveyor belt. When the product passes through the photoelectric sensor at the front end of the measuring conveyor belt, the weight detector starts to measure the product. During this time when the product passes through the metering conveyor belt, the weight sensor completes the metering operation of the product and displays the metering data to the operation department. The measurement data displayed by the microcomputer is compared with the preset reference value, the upper limit value and the lower limit value, and genuine products, overweight products and light products are identified. The non-genuine products will finally be selected by the sorting part, and the information of various measurement operations can be output to the statistical printer.
