Each piece to be tested under raise and drop voltage
All our electric chain hoist have minimum 4 times rated load breaking strength
For incoming material, we do Chemical Composition Analysis, dimensional check, strength check and visual check
For key load bearing parts, we make heat treatment and check its microstructure, strength, hardness and elongation
For surface treated parts, we do salt spray test to check rust resistance.
