EP60 Electrical Probe
EP60 Electric probe includes a electric probe unit and a taper shank. There is an unclosed power circuit inside the probe. When the stylus contacts the surface of the workpiece, the circuit inside the probe will form a closed circuit to generate a trigger signal, and the main body of the probe lights up to indicate its working status.

Application of EP60 Electrical Probe

EP60 are used to measure workpieces of all kinds of solid materials with electrical conductivity.
EP60 is usually used in the processing of a small number of single pieces to measure the size of the workpiece
Technical Characteristics of EP60 Electrical Probe
Coaxial adjustment function of probe and shank:
By adjusting the connecting link between the main body of the probe and the taper shank, coaxiality about the center of the measuring ball on the stylus and the center line of the taper shank can be adjusted (the factory precision: ≤ 5 μm);
It is cost-effective workpiece inspection without wire.
Suitable for checking work pieces of all kinds of solid materials with electrical conductivity.
