Ball mill machine, one of our main products, plays a key role in mineral processing. The ball mill is used for the second grinding of minerals. Materials can only be further used after grinding to the required fineness. Fine grinding is an important process in mineral processing.
The ball mill is divided into wet ball mill and dry ball mill. Wet grid ball mill is the most common grinding machine in industrial production, especially in the mineral processing industry. For example， grinding of gold, silver, lead, zinc, copper, molybdenum, manganese, tungsten, and other non-ferrous metals; Grinding of graphite, feldspar, phosphate rock, fluorite, clay, bentonite, and other non-metallic materials. After the milled material, a certain amount of grinding medium and a proper proportion of water are added into the cylinder, the cylinder rotates at a certain speed, and the grinding medium is subjected to impact grinding and mixed fine grinding under the action of friction and small centrifugal force.

Different from biological resources, mineral resources are non-renewable natural resources after mining. Therefore, it not only has the characteristics of general resources but also has its particularity. It is a kind of non-renewable exhaustible resource, which indicates that the total amount of resources will gradually decrease with the increase of mining amount and eventually be exhausted. We should rationally exploit and utilize mineral resources and cherish them. Therefore, it is necessary to develop mineral resources rationally, improve efficiency and reduce losses.
