Using the high-speed special screw and material cylinder, there is a water cooling device under the feeding section. The screw and material cylinder are made of 38crmoal alloy steel, which is made by nitride treatment and precision processing, with high hardness, strong properties and durability.
The mold head plating hard chromium, its structure is screw mandrel type, the extruded melting material is uniform, the production of the film finish is good, the air cooling device structure is maze, uniform air outlet.
The winding device adopts friction or central winding, and the torque motor is used to adjust the roll leveling, and convenient roll replacement.
Transmission, motor, frequency conversion and connector are all treated with relevant technology, and the output can be increased by 30-40%, greatly improving the production efficiency.
