Description
TBK 2203 & TBK 2205 Intelligent Laser Welding Machine with HD lens and display for BGA chip desoldering, glue removal, tinning, jump wire soldering during electronic circuit board and motherboard repair. Laser local heating, infrared thermostat monitoring, heating area range adjustment, can be used with vacuum pen for chip desoldering.

Features:
1. Intelligent laser welding machine, precision welding, intelligent control.
2. Laser local heating, infrared constant temperature monitoring, can ensure stable temperature during welding, avoid welding defects caused by temperature fluctuations.
3. Heating solder, no heat radiation, heating solder quickly heats up, no need to worry about the welding area.
4. Constant temperature 50~450°, wide temperature adjustment range, can meet the needs of various materials and welding processes.
5. Welding temperature affected area can be accurately controlled according to welding requirements to improve welding accuracy.

Differences between TBK2203 and TBK2205:
1. Display screen.
- TBK 2203 has a built-in 10-inch display screen.
- TBK 2205 has an external 10-inch display screen.
2. Smoke exhaust function.
- TBK 2203 has no air filter and no smoke exhaust and heat dissipation function.
- TBK 2203 has a built-in air filter and has smoke exhaust and heat dissipation function.
