Aluminium Formwork
Aluminium formwork is a construction system for casting the concrete structure of a building. The lightweight aluminium panels and simple installation deliver greater efficiency on the site. Otalum's aluminium column and shuttering formworks are suited for many different types of structures, including single houses, apartments and high-rise buildings. All components such as walls, columns, floors, beams, stairways and balconies as well as openings for windows and doors can be constructed with this system. With the correct use of our aluminium shuttering constructionsystem, one can not only greatly increase the efficiency of his/her work, but he/she can also produce an extraordinarily strong structure with an excellent concrete finish.
Compared with traditional formwork, aluminium formwork can be recycled as industrial aluminium profiles. With an average weight of 23 - 27 kg/m2, aluminium formwork is easy to install, and it can also save the cost of manpower and increase efficiency. Meanwhile, the concrete made by aluminium formwork system has a much better finish than that by the traditional systems, thus greatly improving the project quality.
As a professional aluminium formwork supplier, Otalum has more than 10 years' experience in producing aluminum construction formworkprofiles. Our 5000-ton extrusion press can produce as large as 450mm width aluminium formwork panels, which is sufficient in most cases. All the formwork products are capable of the customed finishing and fabrication service.

Packing of Aluminium Formwork:
Similar to the packing of Otalum's T-slot aluminum profile, a protective film will be stuck on the aluminium formwork's visible surface, and a heat shrink film or craft paper will be utilized to cover and protect the outside. Customized packing of Aluminium Formwork is also available.
Delivery of Aluminium Formwork:
