ZMIE produces overhead conveyor trolleys in many different variations to meet the demands of high temperature, high load, and highly contaminated environments.Special lubricants are available upon request. For more information, please contact ZMIE sales directly.
Trolleys can be supplied to meet most design requirements.
There are two main types; 1. Caged wheels:
- semi-precision bearings, recommended for clean environments, operating in temperatures between -200C and 1500C. 2. Full ball complement:
- semi-precision bearings, recommended for wash plant and oven applications, maximum operating temperature 2500C subject to grease used.
Both above types could with or without triple labyrinth seals and dust cover.
