TPMS system needs to be retrained with the new sensors or tires. the procedure for this is as follows.
first of all, check to see that the tires are inflated to the proper pressure. cycle the ignition on and off three times ending in the on position. then press the brake pedal once.
Turn the ignition off, then cycle it on and off again three more times ending in the on position.
The TPMS light will now blink to let you know that it is in training mode. now take the traming transmitter to each of the foure tires and aim it 180 degrees from the valve stem(at the sensor) the horn will honk once when it recognizes the sensor. if it honks twice it has failed & the procedure must begin again.
You can rotate your tires without affecting the system, but if you have different sets of tires with their own sensors, you'll need to retrain the system when they are installed.
