BLIIOT BL192 MQTT Edge I/O Module
The BL192 is an IOy series industrial-grade multifunction programmable MQTT remote I/O module. It adopts electrical isolation technology, has passed EMC/EMI tests and -45 to 80°C high and low temperature verification, and features a built-in independent hardware watchdog to ensure long-term stable operation in harsh environments. It is widely used in smart factories, energy, urban infrastructure, transportation, agriculture, and other automation control applications.

√Data Acquisition: One isolated RS485 port supports Modbus RTU master mode, enabling data collection from smart meters and conversion to MQTT.
√Logic Control: Built-in web server enables fast implementation of register operations and logic control, serving as a PLC alternative.
√Remote Configuration: Supports quick configuration and programming via web interface for efficient data acquisition and control.
√Remote Maintenance: Integrated with BLRAT (Beilai Remote Access Tool), allowing remote firmware upgrades and parameter configuration.
√Flexible Expansion: Provides 1 to 3 I/O expansion slots for flexible combination of I/O boards, adaptable to various industrial applications.
