STEERING ARM ADJUSTER IN LAWN MOWER ACTUATOR
Steering arm adjuster is set between drive arm and steering arm elbow, which is consisted of lower adjuster and upper adjuster. It belongs to drive arm assembly, adjusting the height of the drive arm to offer better driving comfort for drivers with different height. Due to the shape on it is complex and small, it is not easy to use metal stamping to deform the material. Instead, we choose casting which is very suitable for such product. After the formation, the workpiece will be electroplated black to gain better appearance and wear&rust resistance. We use gauges with shape of drive arm and steering arm elbow to check if the product can fit in for inspection.
