Diaphragm Pressure Gauge Working Principle
When the pressure P of the measuring medium acts on the diaphragm type pressure gauges, the diaphragm deforms and compresses the sealing liquid of the pressure measuring system of the pressure instrument to form a pressure of P-Delta P. When the rigidity of the diaphragm seal type pressure gaugeis small enough, Delta P is also very small, and the pressure formed by the pressure measuring system of the pressure meter is close to the pressure of the measuring medium.

The diaphragm seal type pressure gauge is composed of a diaphragm isolator and a universal pressure gauge to form a system of diaphragm pressure gauges. The connection between the gauge diaphragm seal and the equipment mainly includes threaded connection, flange connection, and sanitary clamp type. The diaphragm seal type pressure gauge working is suitable for measuring the pressure of the medium with strong corrosion, high temperature, high viscosity, easy to crystallize, easy to solidify, and solid floating matter.
