Air Conditioning Expansion Valve Application
The high temperature and high pressure refrigerant from the condenser enters into the expansion valve, due to the reduction of the internal section of the expansion valve, the throttling effect is achieved, the refrigerant pressure drops. The refrigerant fluid passage suddenly becomes larger after exiting the expansion valve. The saturated liquid refrigerant rapidly expands and becomes to low-temperature and low-pressure unsaturated liquid refrigerant, that is, a gas-liquid two-state refrigerant, which makes the evaporator work in the best state. Generally installed at the inlet of the evaporator, it is the dividing point between the high pressure and the low pressure of the automotive air conditioning and refrigeration system.
