UTS7 E4 OTR Tire
UTS7 is a rigid dump truck tire pattern designed to provide excellent traction and grip in severe working conditions. It is designed with multi-block tread that provides exceptional lateral adhesion, thickened and reinforced sidewall that resists cuts and damages and deep tread that has extended wear life.
Features Of UTS7 OTR Tires
The aggressive, non-directional, open, deep tread pattern offers superior traction and self-cleaning capability:

Big tread blocks
Aggressive deep tread
Added slanted main grooves and the uniquely designed sub grooves
The reinforced tire architecture provides great impact resistance and load capacity:
UTS7 is designed with six layers of specially reinforced steel belts, which provides great impact resistance and better protection against puncture;
The robust carcass, with new structure ply cord and lengthened ply cord wrapping-up built in, brings extra load capacity compared with competitors;
The patented semicircle shape bead bundle greatly increases its adhesion to the rubber, making the bead part stronger and the structure more stable.
Superior cut and puncture resistance delivered by its thickened tread base, reinforced sidewalls and special compound:
A super thick tread base is used to increase the puncture resistance, and the sidewalls are thickened and reinforced to protect the tire against cuttings and impact;
A special cut resistance compound is used to extend the life cycle of this China tire.
