Manufactured Insulation Piercing Connector JJC Type
Application
JJC series of puncture clip is mainly applied to the overhead insulated wire connection, branch connection and grounding protection, for the voltage level of 10KV and 1KV the following, its main performance and features:
1. Puncture structure to ensure puncture pressure, easy to install
2. Structural seal, anti-corrosion, long service life
3. Contact resistance is small, wire clip temperature rise
4. Reducing wire connection for a wide range of applications
5. Excellent insulation performance
(Performance testing)
2.1 Mechanical performance:the grip force of the wire clamp is 1/10 bigger than the break force of the lead. It comply with GB2314-1997 .
2.2 Temperature rise performance: under the conditìon of big current, the temperature rise of connector is less than that of connection lead.
2.3 Thermal cycling performance: 200 times per 100A / mm2 high current overload, contact resistance change is less than 5%.
2.4 Waterproof insulation performance: 30 cm underwater, plus more than 3.5KV voltage for 1 minute, no damage to the risk of
2.5 Resistance to corrosion performance: under the conditìon of SO, and salt fog, it can do three tìmes of fourteen days circle testìng.
2.6 Environmental aging performance:under the circumstance of ultraviolet, radiation, dry and moist, expose if with change of temperature and beat impulse for six weeks.
