C3 Unit Load Carrier AGV Trolley
Load shifting series AGV trolleycan autonomously navigate to the docking terminal according to the scheduling task, realizing the fully automated transfer of materials. This series unit load carrier AGV is divided into the single station and multi-station according to the number of casun agvstations. The navigation method can choose magnetic navigation, QR code navigation, and SLAM navigation. The load capacity of the unit load carrier AGV can reach 1200kg. This series of agv autoequipment has a wide range of applications, compact structure, flexible operation and a high degree of automation. The unit load carrier agvis widely used in many industries such as flat panel display, new energy lithium battery, automobile and spare parts, food and beverage, 3C electronics, home appliances and so on.
CASUN C3 Unit Load Carrier AGV Trolley Series
A unit load carrier AGV/AMR is the most efficient and flexible way to deliver material from a fixed conveyor to a fixed conveyor. Generally, the unit load carrier AGV/AMR is available to be equipped with different transferring devices to transfer and transport the cargo. It typically has a built-in conveyor belt to move the material from the pallet onto the AGV/AMR trolley's deck or elevator deck unit.

The Load shifting AGV/AMR is adapted to four types of navigation methods, including SLAM navigation, laser navigation, QR code navigation and magnetic tape navigation. Customers could choose the most suitable navigation method according to the on-site needs, thus making the best solution.
The unit load carrier AGV/AMR trolley can pick or deliver the material automatically from the production line.
We have four types of roller decks: single deck, one layer double-deck, one layer triple deck and two-layer double-deck to dock with different docking mechanisms. The docking unit can lift and adjust its height automatically to dock with the assembly stand.
The unit load carrier AGV/AMR can communicate with machines with wireless communication, optical data communication or software communication. The transporting device can be equipped with a code reading function to upload the code data it has scanned to the MES or WMS system.
