PP PS Sheet Extrusion Line

Our PP, PSsheet production linehas the advantages of higher output, good plasticization, easy operation and stable equipment running.

We provide single-layer extrusion line and multi-layer co-extrusion line for PP, PS sheet, and the output range is from 100-1200kg/h for option. PP double-sided high transparent sheet is used in the thermoformed packaging industry. PP transparent sheet, frosted sheet and two-color sheet are used for stationery packaging. PP foamed sheet is mainly used in various stationery fields, such as light shielding plate, sound insulation plate, luggage rack, interior trim, cover, box, etc. in the automotive interior field. PS sheet is mainly used for semiconductor electronic computer communication, especially for packaging of accessories or equipment requiring no dust, static electricity, discharge protection and shielding electromagnetic wave/radio frequency interference.

Due to the increasingly high requirements of products, we have developed advanced five-layer symmetric and seven-layer asymmetric distribution technology, so that the PP, PS sheets made by our production line have better performance. The composite high barrier fresh-keeping packaging sheet is mainly used in jelly packaging, meat food, fast-food and other food packaging, medicine, cosmetics packaging, etc.
