Concept Refinement PhaseWhat Should the Product Be?In the concept refinement phase, the customer and project team explore specific concepts in greater depth to decide what the product should be. The supply chain is analyzed to ensure that components selected have a stable, known supply source and are cost competitive.And, with Topscom manufacturing, our engineers ensure that the conceptual design can be implemented in manufacturing. They assess resources required and start planning for the production process, as required, including advanced process technology, failure mode effects analysis (FMEA), test, logistics, and supply chain
