Guide wheel quenching machine toolUsually the guide wheel quenching machine tool is interchangeable with driving wheel quenching machine, just install a rotary device on the work piece’s positioning rotary shaft. And it makes positioning rotary shaft to go on the continuously variable speed.When the guide wheel is in quenching, two wheel treads and shoulders at the left and the right are carried out simultaneously. There is spray dispenser below sensor’s effective ring. When scanning hardening of guide wheel is to the last, there must be a repeated heating transition zone. To reduce the length of this transition zone, the width of the active portion of the sensor is not too wide; In order not to make the transition zone to generate on a straight section, sensor’s effective ring is arranged on two rims, and its front and rear should be separated by a distance. Advantages:easy to operate, energy conservation, and environmental protection.
