FIBCs is the abbreviation of flexible intermediate bulk containers, also known asfibc bulk bags china, jumbo bags, bulk bag, baffle bags or big bags. It’s made of flexible fabric which is designed for transporting or storing bulk flowable, powder-like products, include fertilizer, plastic granules, sand, cement and so on.
Normally made of high-strength 100% virgin woven polypropylene or polyethylene material, the weaving process is strictly controlled all over manufacturing for quality performance and reliability. Typically with holding capacity from 200kgs -2000kgs. Applications of FIBCs now covers nearly all industries, where dry bulk solids are handled including chemicals, food, and even pharmaceuticals.

1.Security improved.
Applying of FIBCs thoroughly subverted the method of loading and unloading by manual. Bulk bags requires more workers to control the mechanicals like fork trucks or pallet jacks, instead of manually carry the bags of products directly. It prevent the worker from exposing to lifting injuries.

When the single bag’s capacity increases, percentage of tare weight drops. In other word, more quantity of products could be transported or stored with less packaging material. What’s more, properly sized bulk bags can also be positioned and stacked more efficiently to heights exceeding that of smaller bags, it maximized shipping container usage and storage facility space.
