Methylphenyldimethoxysilane Description
CFS-212, Methylphenyldimethoxysilane or Phenylmethyldimethoxysilaneis an important organosilicon monomer which can be used in a wide range of application fields. Higher purity CFS-212 without PCBs is available at Co-Formula. It is the equivalent of Dow Corning Z-6073.
Methylphenyldimethoxysilane Application
CFS-212 can be used for polymerization and improve heat resistance, oxidation-resistance and radiation resistance properties of various organic polymers. It can offer excellent performance compared with traditional dimethyl and diphenyl silicone polymers.
CFS-212 can be used as an essential intermediate for the synthesis of methyl phenyl silicone oils, phenyl resins and several organosilicon derivatives with special structures and excellent mechanical and chemical properties.
CFS-212 can be used as a silane crosslinker, a silane coupling agent and a configuration agent for the processing of silicone rubbers, especially suitable for high temperature vulcanized methyl phenyl silicone rubbers.
CFS-212 can be used as an adhesion promoter and a surface modifier in various paints and coatings, adhesives and sealants industries.
CFS-212 can be used for the preparation of electronic packaging materials and aerospace materials.
