XOS Powder (XYLO-OLIGOSACCHARIDE POWDER)
Xylo-oligosaccharide (XOS）powder, often called the XOS powder, is a functional polysaccharide formed by connecting 2-7 xylose molecules with the β-1，4 glucosidic bond. The main components are Xylobiose, Xylotriose, and Xylotetraose. Compared with the soybean oligosaccharides, fructooligosaccharides, and isomalto-oligosaccharide which commonly used by people, xylo-oligosaccharide powder (XOS powder) has unique advantages that can selectively promote the proliferation activity of intestinal bifidobacteria. Its function of bifidogenic factor is 10-20 times higher than that of other types of oligosaccharidesand polysaccharides.
