In general, high-temperature hot melt adhesive is the strongest, followed by medium and low temperature.
In order to improve the edge banding efficiency of their products, most manufacturers now use fully automatic linear edge banding machines. This type of edge banding machine uses high-temperature hot melt adhesives. The softening point of hot melt glue chinais generally 90℃-120℃. The operating temperature of the machine: 180°C-210°C.
When the manufacturer uses it, it must be based on the actual conditions of the glue and the weather to make the glue reach the specified operating temperature to ensure that it can penetrate into the substrate well and achieve the desired bonding strength.
