The shape of the hot-melt edge banding glue is granular, and the color is divided into two types: beige and pure white. the temperature comparison is mainly divided into three kinds hot glue for woodworking: low-temperature hot melt adhesive and high-temperature hot melt adhesive. In general, high-temperature hot melt adhesive is the strongest, followed by medium and low temperature.
In order to improve the edge banding efficiency of their products, most manufacturers now use fully automatic linear edge banding machines. This type of edge banding machine uses high-temperature hot melt adhesives. The softening point of hot melt glue chinais generally 90℃-120℃. The operating temperature of the machine: 180°C-210°C.
When the manufacturer uses it, it must be based on the actual conditions of the glue and the weather to make the glue reach the specified operating temperature to ensure that it can penetrate into the substrate well and achieve the desired bonding strength.

The operation temperature: 180-210℃ （for high-temperature glue）.
