In addition to the good ultrafiltration effect, the peritoneal dialysate of icodextrin can achieve long-term stable ultrafiltration, and its abdominal retention time can reach 8 to 16 hours, which can effectively reduce the number of peritoneal dialysis per day and improve the quality of life of patients.
