Waterproof Rain Jacket

How We Made eco friendly waterproof jacket
We use recycled fabric for this jacket.
Recycled polyester is the sustainable fabrics that represent the future. Recycled polyester fabric is made from synthetic fibers. The materials are obtained by melting down existing plastic bottles. They are environmentally friendly, light, and durable.
We use piece dye for this jacket.
We pay attention to every detail of sustainable production. Only environmentally friendly waterproof fabricmills certified by OEKo-TEX 100 are used, which means that the fabric production process has low environmental impact and the dye is safe for human health. Of course, we will also send the fabric to a third party for testing, to ensure that the fabric quality meets the requirements.
We adhere to a rigorous work process for this jacket.
In order to make this stylish jacket, our in house designer, technicians work closely with garment factory to make sure the pattern of the jacket is perfect. For raincoats with lots of details, our QC will pay special attention to the final inspection. They use AQL2.5 standards to check the goods and strictly control the quality of the products.
