High flow double filter for industry---Introduction

1.Material:stainless steel, carbon filter;

2.Application: This filter is widely used in metallurgical machinery , mining machinery , heavy-duty machinery etc hydraulic system;

3.Structure:Switching valves(1 piece);

Differential pressure transducer(1 piece);

4.Working principle: There is only one filter to operation in normally work . You can not stop the system then open the pressure balance valve and roll reversing vales .switch to another filter to work , when the filter pressure loss exceed(more than 0.35 MPa ) and then clean or replace the filter element.

High flow double filter for industry---Operational process

1. Filter installation is completed , open the inlet and outlet valve of the filter , the system start to working;

2. When the differential pressure transducer is alarm (differential pressure is achieved 0.35MPa), pls change the conversion valve and let another filter to work;

3. Open the vent valve(on the upper cap) and blowdown valve (on the bottom cap), let the dust fluid drain off the filter completely;

4. Open the upper cap of filter , take our the filter element;

5. Clean or change the filter element , then install the filter element and upper cap;

6. Closed the vent valve and blowdown valve and open the inlet and outlet valve of the filter;

7. The best advantage of the duplex filter is when the element need to change or clean , don’t need stop system working.
