CYCLOPENTANE High Pressure Foaming Machine
HW(R) series CYCLOPENTANT high pressure foaming machine widely used in home appliances refrigerators, freezers, water heater, disinfecting cabinet insulation, CFC-free foam of air conditioning sandwich panels, meet environmental protection requirements of export markets in the industry and refrigerator area.
Function and feature:
Main components: metering pump, high pressure mix head, PLC, high pressure pipe, CYCLOPENTANE air sensor and pipe control.
Metering pump and motor use magnetism coupling. Avoid leakage of pump spindle and longer pump life, enhance system safety and reliability.
Safety protection:
Install isolation room and exhaust device
Install CYCLOPENTANE monitoring and alarming system; Nitrogen protection
Explosion-proof electric apparatus
Earth connection
Anti-leakage control
Before mix head pouring, fill nitrogen change air in cavity
