The Anterior Cervical Platesystemfeatures a pre-set locking mechanism and is designed with fixed-angle screws and variable-angle screws, allowing flexible application for different surgical options.(such as ACDF,ACCF,ACAF)
An anterior cervical plate(ACP) used to stabilisestabilize and support the spine after spinal fusion. The cervical spine refers to the vertebrae in the neck area, and fusion is the connecting of two or more vertebrae together to increase stability and relieve symptoms caused by disorders such as degenerative disc disease, herniated discs, or spinal fractures.
Anterior Cervical Plate is commonly screwed to the front (anterior) of the cervical spine. It is intended to keep the cervical vertebrae aligned and offer immediate support while the bones fuse together. The plate acts as an internal brace, preventing excessive movement and facilitating fusion.
