Application and Characteristic
The machine is to use woodiness materials such as sawdust, rice husk, peanut shell (don't add any binder), in a certain temperature, the extrusion machine presses sawdust into cylindrical solid rods for the main equipment. The machine adopts temperature control indicator, can operate under the set temperature stability, and has reasonable structure, simple operation and maintenance etc. By this machine production of solid fuel rods is on fire easily, high calorific value (compared with general timber increased by more than 20%), less fuel pollutant, than big convenient for storage and transportation. To take full advantage of agriculture and forestry residues, reduce the contradiction of our country's agriculture, forestry and energy tension.
Principle
Woodiness material inherent characteristic, through extrusion, wood raw material lignin in plasticizing make fine fiber combination, form a rod-shaped solid fuel.
