Sand dryer, as a kind of three-drum dryer, is a high-efficient and energy-conserving dryer on the basis of single-drum dryer. By virtue of the advanced technologies, reasonable design and supporting system for sealing and heat insulation, rotary sand dryer upgrades the inner structure of primary dryer.

Efficiency of rotary drum to keep heat can be higher than 70%. Thermal efficiency of traditional dryer is only about 35%. Fuels used for heat supply of sand rotary dryer are coal, oil and natural gas. Rotary sand dryer can dry materials in briquettes, particles and powders with size less than 20mm.

Compared with the floor space of single-drum dryer, it is almost 50% smaller than that of sand rotary dryer. Energy consumption of single-drum dryer is 60% smaller than that ofsand drying equipment.According to your demands, we can adjust some indexes to control water content in finished products.

Due to the long time to use the dedusting device, temperature of finished product is quite low. Transmission device should be the riding wheel, but not the gear and pinion.With wide application ranges in building material, chemical engineering and casting, sand rotary dryer can be used to dry materials like mineral slag, clay, coal, iron powder, mineral powder and yellow sand.
