fused cast AZS block
Following China’s developing strategy, Henan Easun Refractory Tec Co.,Ltd set up a new company in the Inner-Mongolia Autonomous Region of Northern China, named as “ Sino-inner Mongolia Easun Refractory Co.,Ltd”.
The company is mainly occupied in the research, production and commerce to the high quality fused cast AZS series, α-βalumina blocks and super high temperature zircon refractories. Its products and services are closely concentrated on the key equipment--- the “Furnace” in the fields of photovoltaic, building materials, automobile and domestic glass industries.
The main products include:
1.Fused cast blocks: AZS 33, AZS 36, AZS 41;
2.Low contents of sodium and silica fused cast block: AZS 36D;
3.Fused cast α-βalumina block;
4.Monolithic refractories for glass melting furnaces;
The company’s quality center is equipped with the advanced experiment and testing facilities, such as X-ray fluorescence analyzer, fusion tester, electron microscope and non-destruction analyzer,etc, which realizes the complete quality control to the production process from raw material purchase to finished products.
The company’s main production facilities, include batching equipment, sand mould making, electric arc furnaces, grinding and milling machines, etc, are all digitized, which greatly reduce the negative effects caused by human factors and guarantee the stability of product quality.
The regular maintenance to the pre-assembly platform is controlling the flatness tolerance under 1mm, which guarantee the platform to stand the large furnace’s pre-assembly at any moment.
