Sibai has made many plastic extrusion profiles. Like aluminium profiles, plastic profiles are also customized extruded profiles. Among the plastic, POM, PC and PVC are most common material for plastic profile.
Generally, this kind of plastic profile is mostly used for Supermarket shelves, LED bar lamps, LCD displayer, rails and architecture. We also use as the frame of caravan door, and for various rails.
Customers only need to provide .dxf or .dwg drawings to us, and tell us the material and color requirements, and the plasticity requests of the material. Then we can design and produce molds according to the drawings, and produce plastic profiles according to the required materials.
Sibai has no extrusion equipment and production lines for plastic profiles. We do the plastic profile orders by our suppliers, who have cooperated with us for many years. In the order processing, Sibai controls the production process, the order delivery, and quality inspection. Plastic profiles, due to the minimum of material purchasing, generally require an order amount not less than 500 KG. Materials are generally imported, such as BASF and Dupont materials. Generally, we use the RAL color cards to control the colors. And we make also transparent, translucent plastic profiles for various purposes.
For general shipping, we control the length within 2.5 meters, which is convenient for ocean shipping. But it also depends on the customers’ usage.
