TP1650F-D Automatic Pallet Wrapping Machine with Top Platen
Product Introduction
TP1650F-D automatic pre-stretch pallet wrapping machine equipped with the Pneumatic Top Platen unit. The top platen unit used a reliable separated lifting tower. The top platen wrapping machine are mainly used for light goods which are highly palletized on the pallet. It can help to prevent goods’ falling in the packing process. Especially applicable to canner and bottle industry.
Product Performance
Key Capability: pre-stretch film frame, pre-stretch to 250%. Film feeding automatically and DC speed regulating system.
Lift Tower：Double chains and Lifting speed frequency can be adjusted separately
Control system: PLC program control, push button control panel
Operation Function: Automatically reset of turntable. With manual strengthen wrapping function. Can set top and bottom wrapping layer and strengthen laps.
Top Platen: Linear guideway structure. Pneumatic control system. Safe and easy.
