Machine overview :
DXTD shuttle HF welder with double stations,power output from 5 to 25kw. Mounted heated electrode holding plate for various material :PVC, PET, PET-G, PET-GAG.Heated electrode plate with temperature presets gives high accuracy for consistent welding of hard PVC/PET material .
The work trays for production of blister & clam shell packages, secondary pressurization makes the edge of PET blister can be cut smoothly .
Machine also equipped with quick change electrode holder. DAVISON have own tooling department which can design and make any electrode and die required for any demanding production needs.
