RB Series Cross Roller Bearing

In Cross Roller Bearings, Cylindrical Rollers Are Arranged Vertically On The Rolling Surface Of A 90 Degree V-Groove Through Spacer Holders, So They Can Bear All Directions Of Load, Such As Radial Load, Axial Load And Moment Load. The Dimensions Of Inner And Outer Rings Are Miniaturized To A Minimum, Especially The Extremely Thin Ones, Which Are Close To The Limit And Have High Rigidity. Therefore, They Are Most Suitable For The Use Of Joint Or Rotating Parts Of Industrial Robots, Rotating Worktables Of Machining Centers, Rotating Parts Of Manipulators, Precision Rotating Worktables, Medical Machines, Metrologists, IC Manufacturing Devices, Etc.
Cross Roller Bearings, Because Of The Split Inner Or Outer Rings, Are Fixed Together With The Cross Roller Ring After Loading The Roller And Spacer Retainer To Prevent Separation From Each Other, So It Is Easy To Install Zengkun Cross Roller Ring. Because Of The Cross Arrangement Of Rollers, Only One Set Of Cross Roller Ring Can Bear The Load In All Directions. Compared With The Traditional Model, The Rigidity Is Increased By 3-4 Times. At The Same Time, Because The Inner Or Outer Rings Of Cross Roller Bearings Are Two-Segmented Structure, Bearing Clearance Can Be Adjusted, Even If Preloaded, High-Precision Rotary Motion Can Be Achieved.
