Transformer over floor vertical winding machine
The over floor vertical winding machine is used to make transformer coils. It is especially for power electric transformers. One or multiple flat wire conductors in parallel are wound on the winding mandrel via the wire dereelers, and then the winding coil is obtained as winding technology. Usually the machine is used to wind the disc coils on vertical axis. For the over floor type vertical winding machine, the distance between the travelling crane hook and floor must be more than 8500mm. We can supply all necessary accessories: decoilers, wire clamper, coil lifting device, coil overturning device etc. We can customize the machine as user’s requirements.
