HC-D1 Motor lifting/descending plane screen printer

Adopted PLC and frequency conversion controller techniques, which can make the whole machine control system working with reliable performance, low defect ratio and convenient maintenance and operation. The working methods are manual, semiautomatic and automatic. It is especially suitable to the plane printing on varieties of small-and-middle sized PCB film, metal thin plate, etc, such as PCB, street nameplates, scutcheon, plaque, and color paper. The electrode, speed reducer, and PLC control system adopt imported components. The structure of stainless steel table surface is aluminum honeycomb. The pneumatic blade switching is fast and stable. The suction force of working table is adjustable. The sensitive safe guard ensures the personnel safety.
