1) A-component rubber pump and curing agent pump adapt respectively hydraulic and pneumatic system.
2) The system adapt safe-guard device for pipeline over-load to make operation more safe.
3)Curing agent system is thorough closed to block air coming-in and avoid curing agent contacting air to firm(silicone curing agent),to ensure stability of medium flow and improve mixing eddect.
4) Rubber mixing system adapts international advanced statical back-and-forth belt type mixer, equipped with one way needle valve to mix more homogeneously ; rubbering nozzle made by special elastic material makes production of insulted glass more easy ,clean and beautiful.
