3-Aminopropyltrimethoxysilane Description
CFS-565, 3-Aminopropyltrimethoxysilane is a functional silane with amino and hydrolysable methoxy groups. Amino group is reactive with various organic resins which include epoxy, acrylic and phenolic polymers. With the presence of the trimethoxy group, CFS-565 can hydrolyze rapidly and bond to inorganic substrates with better wettability and compatibility. It is the equivalent of momentive silquest, Silquest A-1110 or Dynasylan AMMO.
3-Aminopropyltrimethoxysilane Application
CFS-565 can act as a surface modifier of inorganic fillers and glass fiber, to improve the bonding performance between organic resin and inorganic substrates.
CFS-565 can be used as a primer or an auxiliary in coating and sealants industries.
CFS-565 can be used as an adhesion promoter in silane modified polyurethane (known as SPUR polymer).
CFS-565 can be used as a surface protector and an adhesion promoter to prepare silylation surface treatment agents of metal.

CFS-565 should be stored in its original containers and used up as soon as possible after opening.
CFS-565 should be stored in a cool, well-ventilated place, and avoid exposure to humidity.
When stored in a strictly sealed and unopened container, CFS-565 has a shelf life of 12months.
