The natural botanical extracts of antibacterial act on the bark of Magnolia Officinalis Rehder et Wilson. This magnolia bark powderis a kind of white powder crystallization, can be soluble in benzene, ether, chloroform, acetone; Magnolia bark extract is insoluble in water; soluble in Dilute Alkali solution to obtain sodium salt. The phenolic hydroxyl group is easy to be oxidized, while the allyl group is easy to be added.
