Applicable to various types of long-term outdoor exposure products such as communication base stations, mechanical equipment, household appliances, architectural aluminum profiles, transportation facilities, stadium facilities, courtyard facilities, etc.

Provide standard weather resistance and ultra-high weather resistance products; can be made into a variety of gloss and a variety of colors; can be made into flat, sandy, wrinkled, metallic effects and mixed colors; some products are certified by Qualicoat Classl.

Application conditions
Pretreatment: phosphating treatment, inscription treatment; Coating: Polyester powder coating is suitable for the following equipment coating: corona electrostatic spraying, friction electrostatic spraying, electrostatic fluidized bed spraying. Curing conditions: 200·C@10 minutes, 1800C@15 minutes, can also be designed according to customer needs.

Lined with polyethylene plastic bag.
Storage conditions
Store in a dry and ventilated room below 30℃.
Avoid direct sunlight.
Under this condition, the powder can be stably stored for 12 months.
Can be retested after expiration, and can still be used if it meets the requirements.
Safety and health
- All raw materials of powder coatings do not contain toxic substances.
- No toxic gas will be released during baking.
- Avoid inhalation of dust during use.
- Operators should wear dust masks.
- Minimize long-term contact between skin and powder.
- Paint attached to the skin can be washed with soap.
