Low temperature environmentally friendly pure polyester/PRIMID powder coating
Product Description
This series of products uses saturated polyester resin and Primid curing agent as the main base material to make thermosetting powder coatings.
Product Features
Good adhesion and good mechanical properties;
Smooth coating film and high gloss;
Good chemical and corrosion resistance;
Higher storage stability and shelf life than TGIC type.
Special effects
Various wrinkles, metal, pearlescent effects and mixed colors, etc.
Application areas
Suitable for coating of various products exposed outdoors for a long time: such as household appliances, architectural aluminum profiles, transportation facilities, stadium facilities, courtyard facilities, etc.
Transportation packaging
Carton packaging, lined with two layers of polyvinyl chloride plastic bags, net weight of each box is 20kg. Non-hazardous items can be transported in various ways, but should be kept away from direct sunlight, moisture and heat, and contact with chemicals.
Health and safety
Operators should wear dust masks during use to avoid inhaling dust and minimize long-term contact between skin and powder coating. Paint attached to the skin can be washed with soap.

| Storage stability | Polyester/Primid type powder coatings should be stored in a dry, ventilated room below 35°C, and avoid direct sunlight. If stored in an air-conditioned room, the powder must be stored at room temperature or the same (temperature) as the spraying equipment before use to avoid moisture. Under this condition, the powder can be stably stored for more than 12 months. If it is exceeded, it must be re-tested. If the result meets the requirements, it can still be used. |

| Coating thickness: Use between 40~150 microns, recommended film thickness is 50~80 microns. Average coverage: 10~12 square meters/kg, film thickness 60 microns (calculated based on 100% usage rate) | ||
| Curing conditions | 180℃/10 minutes is recommended, and it can also be designed according to user needs: 160C/15 minutes, 170℃/12 minutes, etc. | |
